South East Property Management is a real estate management agency operating in Cape Town, specialising in property management across the city. They approached us to help them build a strategic plan to establish a strong real estate brand. We began by creating a comprehensive brand identity, including a color palette and logo, followed by a website that aligned with their vision—elegant, simple, and tailored to their clientele. The result is a cohesive brand that reflects their professionalism and appeals to their target audience.

Our team began by studying the real estate industry and the colors that represent this respected sector. We then designed the logo seen below, incorporating a gorilla to honor the client’s parents’ home country, Rwanda, and Table Mountain to symbolize the city where the company is based.

Following this, we created a website that perfectly suited South East Properties clientele—simple yet elegant, just as they envisioned. It was a privilege to develop their brand from scratch and bring it to life.
